New marker for Hoxton Jewish Cemetery!

The original plaque was lost many years ago, but today we learned that a new historical marker for the 1707 Hoxton Cemetery site has been installed.

Our thanks to Jerry Klinger (President of JASHP) for providing photos of the maker which has been funded by the Jewish American Society of Historic Preservation (JASHP), with support from Martin Sugarman, Chairman of JASHP UK and the New College Hackney.
